With three tournaments done and 20 to go, The Race 2022 is taking shape as the marathon for the Estrella Damm Master Final continues.

The Race is the ranking for this season alone, excluding Challengers, with the top 16 players qualifying for the Master Final at the end of the year.

After the Vigo Open 2022, here is how The Race changed.

Di Nenno and Navarro on the chase

With 1.680 points, Agustín Tapia and Sanyo Gutiérrez are still at the top of The Race 2022. They are the only pairing to make at least the semi-finals in all three tournaments, winning the Estrella Damm Reus Costa Daurada Open 2022 as well.

Fresh after their win in Vigo to add to their quarter-finals exits in Miami and Reus, Paquito Navarro and Martín Di Nenno have shot up ten places and sit second with 1.340 points.

Despite falling in another final, Juan Lebrón and Alejandro Galán have now climbed to joint-seventh in the rankings. They sit on 1285 points, 15 points behind Fernando Belasteguín and Arturo Coello.
