The best three women's points of the Estrella Damm Menorca Open 2021!

Here are the spectacular best three points in the women's draw from the Estrella Damm Menorca Open 2021

The best three women's points of the Estrella Damm Menorca Open 2021!

The women on the World Padel Tour Circuit were at it once again with some sublime play in Menorca. After a lot of deliberation, we have finally managed to narrow it down to the three Menorca Open best points!

All three points feature the world number one pairing of Alejandra Salazar and Gemma Triay, twice as the winners and once as the losers of the point.

Triay and Salazar have now won four tournaments on the bounce and six in total this season, seeming unstoppable. While Carolina Navarro got the better of both of them with a shrewd volley in this top three, it was Triay and Salazar that would end up winning the quarter-final 6-3 6-3.

They would go on to beat Delfina Brea and Tamara Icardo 6-7, 6-1, 6-1 in the semi-final and Lucia Sainz and Marta Marrero 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 to win the tournament. Winning almost half of the 14 tournaments this year, it is hard to see anybody taking the number one crown from Salazar and Triay.

The combination of Salazar's power and Triay's dominant net play seems to be perfect. With 2021 running out of tournaments, only time will tell if they will meet their match.

Here are the three best points from the women's side of the Menorca Open!

There is a reason Triay and Salazar are the number one pairing in the world! Not only dominating the Circuit, but the Menorca Open best points as well this week. What was your favourite point?
