After 21 Open and Master events in the 2022 World Padel Tour season, the climax of the year is upon as the Estrella Damm Barcelona Master Final is around the corner.

The top 16 players from The Race 2022 in each category have qualified, with one reserve player in case of any potential injuries.

With new faces and returning champions, upcoming talents and experienced veterans, the Master Final is the most spectacular tournament of the season and the most coveted title of them all.

Here are the 32 players who have qualified:

Martin Di Nenno and Fede Chingotto, who ended their seasons with Coki Nieto and Javi Garrido respectively, do not have their usual partners for the Master Final, meaning they would have to partner up - barring any injuries or surprises in the other seven pairings.

In the women's bracket, all 16 players have their partners of choice, meaning there will be no mix-and-match.

Reserves

The 17th-ranked player in The Race will also travel to Barcelona as an injury reserve. In the men's bracket, this is Lucas Campagnolo, and Delfi Brea is waiting in the wings in the women's Circuit.

Coincidentally, both players have experience playing on either side of the court, making a potential injury replacement a lot easier.

In 2021, reserve Eli Amatriain was called into action as Tamara Icardo could not compete due to a wrist injury.

After the longest season in WPT history, an injury could well happen, meaning the reserves have a chance of seeing action.
