All tickets were sold ahead of the clash between Mati Díaz - Ale Galán versus Franco Stupaczuk - Cristian Gutiérrez. The Argentines struck first by breaking and holding to make it 2-0. Diaz and Galan settled after this and won the following two games to level it at 2-2. The pattern continued in the next games with Stupaczuk and Gutierrez making it 4-2. This break was key for them to win the set 6-4.In the second set, Mati Diaz and Ale Galan came out hungry to make it a set apiece and they held onto their serve in the first few games, unlike in the opening set.
