The morning session began at the Principe Felipe with the clash between Willy Lahoz - Aday Santana and the in-form Maty Marina - Gonzalo Rubio. A run of form which was halted by Aday and Willy, who dominated the match with a 6-1, 6-3 scoreline in under an hour. Lahoz and Santana thereby keep their hopes of reaching the Finals in December.The second match on centre court was between Agustín Gómez Silingo - Tito Allemandi and Fernando Poggi - Álvaro Cepero, which Allemandi and Silingo took. It was a very tight affaire, which was only decided by a couple of breaks of serve. Enough for the semifinalists in A Coruña to take the match 6-4, 6-4 in just over an hour and a half.Matías Díaz and Maxi Sánchez, the number three pairing on the World Padel Tour, kicked off their campaign against Borja Yribarren and Juan Manuel Vázquez.Guga and Borja put up a bit of a fight in the first set, which they lost 6-2, but then it was all Mati and Maxi, who reached the quarter finals in an hour and 12 minutes.The final match in the morning was José Antonio García Diestro - Javier Concepción vs. Jordi Muñoz - Pablo Lijó. In their first appearance on centre court, Lijo and Muñoz prolonged their good form in Zaragoza, knocking out the "giantkillers" 6-2, 6-0 to reach the quarter finals of the Estrella Damm Zaragoza Open.
