'Superpibes' Di Nenno and Stupaczuk reunite after seven years!

Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk have announced they will once again join forces after seven years apart.

The Argentinians were nicknamed 'super pibes' or 'super kids' when coming up through the ranks as they dominated all youth categories before moving to Spain together to compete in World Padel Tour.

Stupa moved on after Di Nenno's near-fatal car crash in early 2016, and the super pibes will now reform.

As teenagers, Di Nenno and Stupaczuk won the 2015 Barcelona Challenger together. Now, they will surely contest to be among the very best pairs on Tour.

Stupaczuk in 2022

It was another successful season for Stupaczuk, who started with Alejandro Ruiz but switched to Pablo Lima just four tournaments in.

It was a move questioned by many as Stupaczuk had seen great success alongside Ruiz.

Alongside the Brazilian, however, the 26-year-old made five finals and won the French Padel Open.

The Argentinian has won at least one title for eight seasons running now, a streak dating back to 2015.

Di Nenno en 2022

After a brilliant 2021 campaign with Paquito Navarro where they came within touching distance of being the number ones of the world, 2022 did not offer the same success.

Di Nenno and Navarro both admitted they struggled with the pressure they were playing under of challenging Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan.

Titles came in Vigo and in their 'Last Dance' in Santander, after which they decided to split.

Finishing the season with Coki Nieto, Di Nenno was forced to play with his friend Fede Chingotto for the Master Final, where they caused one of the upsets of the season by making the final.
