Two-seed Paula Josemaría and Ariana Sánchez have beaten veterans Lucía Sainz and Marta Marrero in three sets to go through to the Valladolid Master 2022 final.
Josemaría, who had a knock on her dominant arm heading in to the game, needed medical attention in the second set as she started to feel very unwell.
Powering through, she and Sánchez managed to win the final set to make another final, their fourth in a row.
