Four of those came in 2021, while the Brussels Padel Open was the only time they played on a Sunday.Known for their resilience and defensive prowess, the couple switched coaches from Neki Berwig to Juanma Rodriguez in April of 2022.Adapting a more attacking brand of padel under Rodriguez, Riera and Llaguno saw their results improve. It never translated into a second title, however, and after a semi-final exit at the Estrella Damm Barcelona Master Final, the veterans have now opted to call it a day.
