Paquito Navarro and Juan Tello have won their first title as a couple as they beat Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima by 7-6 1-6 7-5 to take the Telcel Huawei Mexico Open 2022 crown.
In only their second tournament together, Navarro and Tello did not have a single break point in the final until the match point, giving them the third set and the title with it.
For Tello, it is his first tournament win since the Las Rozas Open in 2020 and his second Open title overall, adding two Challenger wins as well in 2019.
Lima and Stupa still look for their second title after winning in France in June, although they have now reached five finals together.
