Number ones Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sanchez are through to the Areco Malmö Padel Open final after beating Marta Ortega and Bea Gonzalez via a double 6-3 at the Malmö Arena on Saturday.
Josemaria and Sanchez will try to make it three straight titles in Sweden, winning in Malmö last season as well as Stockholm earlier in 2022.
The Spaniards are also still in an all-out war with Alejandra Salazar and Gemma Triay for the title of being number ones, and the two pairs will face each other on Sunday.
Ortega and Gonzalez have now wrapped up the three-seed for the year, with both the number two and number four mathematically out of reach.
