Two-seed Ariana Sánchez and Paula Josemaría have won the Cervezas Victoria Marbella Master 2022, coming back from a set down at the Marbella Arena against Verónica Virseda and Bárbara Las Heras on Sunday.
It is Sánchez and Josemaría's second title of the season and their second year winning in Marbella, with Virseda and Las Heras making their debut in a final.
By winning the first Master event of the 2022 World Padel Tour season, Josemaría and Sánchez have closed the gap significantly on number ones Gemma Triay and Alejandra Salazar, who were knocked out in the round of 16.
