The Brussels Exhibition left a day full of surprises, action and the best padel from the World Padel Tour.
The day started with the third and fourth place playoff between Maxi Sánchez - Matías Díaz and Paquito Navarro - Sanyo Gutiérrez. Four of the best players in the world that offered a true spectacle for all the spectators present. A match that went to Paquito and Sanyo in two sets and that proved once again the tremendous show these players are capable of offering.
Before the final there was a clash between Belgian celebrities and athletes, which included the former world number one table tennis player Jean-Michel Saive and the Belgian international field hockey player John John Dohmen, who won the silver medal at last year's Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The show came to an end with the final between Miguel Lamperti - Juani Mieres and Álex Ruíz - Sebastián Nerone. The pairing from Bahia Blanca ended winning the duel 6-4 / 6-4 as Lamperti showed all of his charisma to get the fans going.
The closing ceremony put an end to a fascinating weekend with the event organizer, Philippe Werts handing the trophies alongside the president of the International Padel Federation, Daniel Patti and the World Padel Tour's Head of International Expansion, Hernán Auguste.
