Automated refereeing system Foxtenn is set to be implemented at the Estrella Damm Barcelona Master Final 2022 to further professionalise World Padel Tour.
Used in tennis by the ATP, WTA and ITF, Foxtenn will now take the leap to padel to automate refereeing decisions and all but eliminate human error.
Set up with 22 ultra-high-speed cameras and four lasers around the court, over 2.500 images are captured per second to pinpoint whether any ball is in or out in any given moment.
