Di Nenno-Stupaczuk Barcelona Challenger by Kaos champions

They only needed 55 minutes to win their first World Padel Tour championship. The young Argentineans Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk defeated Marcello Jardim and Juan Lebron in the Barcelona Challenger by Kaos final by a double 6/1.

Like a flash. That was the decisive game of this last Challenger of the season on Catalonian soil. The numerous fans that came to the Augusta Padel San Cugat club wanted something more but the “Super Pibes” didn’t give a chance to their rivals and quickly raised their first trophy in the professional circuit.

An immaculate tournament for these two youngsters of only 18 and 19 years of age who two years ago were the youngest couple to win a championship in the history of the sport, although there were no star players on that tournament.

This time they showed all their power against first category players and only lost one set in the 1/8 round against Godo Diaz and Matias Nicoletti.

Not much to say about the final. The experimented Brazilian player Marcello Jardim and youngster Juan Lebron from Cadiz didn’t stand a chance in this game. They were clearly dominated as the scoreboard shows.

This championship will boost the moral of this “pibes” from Argentina who already stand on the 26 spot of the couple’s ranking and who clearly have the future in their hands.

The last Challenger of the season is finally over. This new category of tournaments fulfilled the expected goals of World Padel Tour and will stay in the calendar for next year.
