Five-seed Delfi Brea and Tamara Icardo will defend their crown in the Estrella Damm Valencia Open as they defeated Paula Josemaría and Ariana Sánchez in an enthralling three-set match.
It is the first final since the Malmö Padel Open in November for Brea and Icardo, the latter player in her hometown of Valencia.
Making their fifth final as a couple, Brea and Icardo will look to win in Valencia for the second year running.
