From Thursday the 13th of December to Sunday the 16th, over 24,000 people sat down in the stands to watch the best players on the planet.The exact number is 24,172, which broke the record number of spectators at a padel tournament. There was another record in the semifinals as 7279 spectators were together for the first time in a same venue for a padel match.All of this was picked up by the media in Spain, including the World Padel Tour's first ever appearance on the front page of Spain's most read newspaper, Marca.
